Client service questions

How do I get proof of insurance for my car?

Request your insurance ID card on this page and choose WhatsApp or email, and a licensed agent sends it during office hours. The card shows your policy number, vehicle and dates. Many insurance companies also offer a digital ID card in their app or on their website, which can be quicker if you need proof right now. If you can't find it, call us at (305) 956-7818.

How long does a policy change take?

It depends on the change and the insurance company, so we don't promise a set time. Most changes are processed after a licensed agent confirms them with the insurance company, and we will tell you when it's done. Sending a request does not change your policy by itself, so wait for our confirmation before you rely on the change. If something is urgent, call us.

Can you send my certificate directly to my client?

Yes. When you request a certificate of insurance, add the certificate holder's name and address and, if you have it, their email, and a licensed agent can send it to them and copy you. The holder's insurance requirements help us get it right the first time, so attach them in the WhatsApp chat if you have them.

How do I report a claim?

Call your insurance company's claim line, which is printed on your policy or ID card; that is the fastest way to open a claim. If anyone is hurt, call 911 first. You can also send us a request here and we will help you find the right number and guide you through the next steps. Your insurance company decides how a claim is handled.
