Aviva Druin opened the doors in 2001 with a simple idea: an insurance agency where the person who sells you the policy is the same person who answers when you have a water leak at 10pm.

Twenty-five years and roughly 4,600 renewals a year later, we're still that agency. Independent. Bilingual by design. Local in a way that national brands can't fake.

What makes us different

We're independent. That means we work for you, not for a specific carrier. We shop 12+ insurers on your behalf and keep shopping them at every renewal. If State Farm or Progressive stays the best choice for you, we'll tell you. We just want you to actually have the comparison.

We're local. Same office on NE 163rd St since 2001. We know which carriers write condos in Sunny Isles and which pretend to. We know which Dade ZIP codes trigger a 4-point and which don't. And we know which insurance code changes actually affect your bill, versus which are just noise.

We're bilingual by design. English and Spanish from the first conversation to the claim. We're growing our Hebrew-speaking capacity for 2026.

We're a small team, not a call center. The agent who quotes your policy is the one who answers when you call back. Direct lines, cell numbers, WhatsApp. If that sounds old-fashioned, it's because insurance done well still is.

Where we're going

Florida's insurance market has been through a lot since 2022 — the Citizens explosion, carriers leaving the state, hurricane losses, flood legislation moving mortgages. 2026 is finally bringing some calm: rates are easing, the private market is depopulating Citizens, flood is becoming mandatory on more policies.

Our job is to translate that for you, cut through the noise, and make sure you have the right coverage at a fair price. Not the cheapest. Not the most expensive. The right one, for your home, your car, your business, your family.
